Who we are
Our partners are a cohesive group of individuals with commercial, residential, IT, and accounting experience. We have each been on the client-side of software implementations before going into the field of real estate software consulting and have worked the day-to-day operations in many real estate software packages.
What we do
We work closely with our clients to set up, install and customize their chosen software package as well as offering them support as they continue to use the software. We have worked extensively with Yardi Systems, MRI, AMSI and many other real estate software packages.

We realize that no two clients are the same. Our goal is to assist each of our clients to get the most out of their real estate software system and to ensure that their end-users are properly trained on how to use the system to meet their unique business requirements. Meet Our Team
Amy McNeill
Amy founded McNeill+Millaway Enterprises in 2017. Prior to forming her own company, Amy spent 19 years as a Consultant and General Manager at Lupine Partners in Dallas, Texas. She provides project management, data conversion, training, process documentation, system support and bookkeeping services to our client base. Prior to joining Lupine Partners, she worked in the accounting department of NorthPark Management Company, a large retail owner/operator in Dallas, Texas. She brings 27 years of experience in the real estate industries having held positions in accounting, administration and management information systems. She is a native of Dallas, Texas and currently resides in a Dallas suburb.
Angela Chaney, CPA
Angela provides general consulting, custom reporting, sofware implementation and project management services to our clients. She brings over ten years experience in both commercial and residential accounting and property management. She's been involved in several successful software implementation and data conversion projects from both the accounting and property management side.
Angela graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Finance. She lives in Dallas.
Debbie Graves
Debbie provides general consulting, training, software implementation services to Lupine's clients. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry – primarily in the residential arena. Her areas of expertise include conventional and student housing property management, due diligence and acquisitions, key accounts, business development, help-desk administration and operations, budgeting and forecasting, financial and facilities management, customer support, training and development, property set up and conversion, and creation of policy manuals and training guides.
Debbie grew up in the Houston, TX area and currently resides in a Dallas/Fort Worth suburb.

Data Conversion
How are you going to get your data from your old system to your new system? How much data do you need to convert over? How do you know your data is correct? Design & Configuration
You can’t get from A to C without going thru B. We know both the front end and back end of the software so we know what has to take place in A and B to get you to C in order for your system to work. Custom Reports
Everyone wants to see their data, their way! We always recommend that clients compare “out of the box” reports to the reports they are currently using prior to deciding that a custom report is needed.
